Information you provide directly
- Account information — When you sign up using Google or Apple Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from the authentication provider.
- Profile details — You may optionally provide your age, gender, and city to receive personalized survey recommendations.
- Survey responses — The answers you submit to survey campaigns are collected and stored.
- Payment information — When you request a withdrawal, we collect your UPI ID or bank account details to process the payment.
Information collected automatically
- Device information — Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
- Usage data — Pages visited, features used, time spent in the app, survey completion patterns.
- Log data — IP address, browser type, access times, and referring URLs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the SurveyPay platform
- Match you with relevant survey campaigns based on your profile
- Process survey submissions and credit rewards to your wallet
- Process withdrawal requests and payments
- Send you notifications about new surveys, payment updates, and account activity
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform experience
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:
With brands and campaign creators
Your survey responses are shared with the brand that created the campaign. However, responses are shared in aggregate or anonymized form unless the survey explicitly states otherwise. Your email address and personal contact details are never shared with brands.
With service providers
We work with third-party services that help us operate the platform, including:
- Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and analytics
- Payment processors for handling withdrawals
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
For legal reasons
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SurveyPay, our users, or the public.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers through Firebase. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access
- Regular security audits and monitoring
- Access controls limiting who within our team can view user data
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — You can update your profile information at any time through the app.
- Deletion — You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will process the request within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

SurveyPay is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
